Ole! It’s the most wonderful time of this year – it’s Tacofest! This was the first year I went to Tacofest and I was in heaven. If you know me at all, you know that I live for tacos. And this event was definitely made for me. It featured delicious tacos from — restaurants and food trucks. The tacos were eccentric and delicious.
I love events like these, especially that feature tacos, bea cause I love trying new types of tacos and discovering new hidden gems to try. I was bold and tried a few tacos from different places. My ultimate favourite taco was the Fidel Gastos food truck. Fun fact, this place is owned by the same people who own Lisa Marie. Another amazing restaurant you MUST try (get the pad Thai fries!). Here I tried the Crispy Chicken Taco which was uuuuumazing. I also tried the Schezuan Chicken Taco from a food truck I’d never heard of before called — . It had such great fusions of flavour with every bite!
